Life can be very unpredictable and so we understand that from time to time you may need to change your order.
If your order has already been processed then, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the delivery address.
It may be possible to redirect your order through our delivery partner Courier Post if the revised address is less than 75km from the original delivery address and the parcel has not left the sorting depot.
You can request a redirection by using the tracking number which is included in your order confirmation email or via your online Pet account.
Redirection guide
- Click on the tracking number for your order, this will show you the status of your delivery.
- Select 'Manage your parcel at NZ Post"
- from here you are able to add the new address or add delivery instructions.
