Do I access my account the same way?
Yes, we still have your original Petpost account details and you will have received an email invitation to activate your account. If you have not seen this please check your spam folder, it may be hiding in there!

Why can I not see my previous orders?
You will not be able to view your order history here on the new website but rest assured we have all of the information kept securely and can answer any questions you may have with regards to previous orders.
Will my repeat order continue as normal?
Absolutely! It is business as usual and all repeat orders will be processed according to your existing schedule.
The details of your repeat order will show on your account from the day it is next due to process.
