We want you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from PetPost. We understand that there may be times when you will need to return a product that you have purchased from us, and we aim to make this process as easy and hassle free as possible. Our returns policy has been constructed to comply with the relevant consumer rights and retailer obligations as set out under the New Zealand Consumer Law.
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any product, you are welcome to return your item within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Once the item has been received it will be assessed, and a refund will be processed to the payment method used to place the order.
If you are sending your parcel back to us, please send it via a tracked courier service. PetPost is not liable for returns lost in transit.
